Set on about 7acres of land, with less than half developed, the hotel has 65 rooms including a penthouse and two presidential suites and the largest in Ekiti. It was conceived to be a total hospitality and tourism destination in Ado. It has four phase development plan of which only two had been accomplished. The vast undeveloped land is meant for the other phases of events centre, a new garden bar/swimming pool, night club and landscaped areas for esthetics. Other services could be included to make the hotel number one in the state.
