Lily Homes Ltd is an integrated Real Estate Company with focus on developments and investments in real estate which metamorphosed from Brickwork Property Solutions in August 2008.

Lily Homes was formed because we saw real estate as a viable investment option for ourselves and our clients. Real Estate is and always will be a sensible investment option shared by many successful people.

With the whooping deficit of 18 million housing units in Nigeria, we saw a need in the investment gap to be bridged, and so we put together attractive products that will benefit our clients now and in the future.
We have a formula that allows the smaller investors acquire sites and serviced plots of land for development, quality functional homes for would be landlords and savvy investors.

In realization of the above, Lily Homes currently has a couple of Estates across Lagos and Ogun States, which are Ivory Homes, Lekki, Lagos; MerryLand Estate, Mowe-Ofada, Oriental Gardens, The Pine Gardens, Agbara-Igbesa in Ogun State with Site/Service scheme and quality functional housing units.

The facilities in the scheme to be enjoyed by the occupiers will include: perimeter fence, concierge services, good road network, electricity, water supply, CCTV monitoring, security patrol, regular refuse disposal, intercom service, and perimeter fencing. Other features include club house, crèche, mini Mart, and Gym House.

We are transparent, honest and dedicated to our clients and we ensure that our clients get a good worth for their money. We engage experts’ opinions from professionals for excellent delivery.

We also make sure that our clientele data base is meticulously built so as to keep a close watch on our client’s investment decisions.

We hope to achieve the above through the machinery we have put in place which includes provision of quality services, holiday homes, personalized products, flexibility in specificity to the taste of the client while not compromising in standards.

Our core activities are; property development, real estate consulting, facility management, purchase of land and documentation process amongst others.
