The Ogun state government has threatened to sanction private estates with no necessary government approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

The state government through the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Mr Kayode Odunlami states that 98% of private estates advertising need to follow due process and get government approvals.<\/span><\/p>\n

The government is focused on creating an enabling environment for a private-public-partnership that would engender affordable housing in the state to safeguard the interests of residents of the state.<\/span><\/p>\n
