After 2 years, the rent was increased from N500,000 to N600,000.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He didn&#8217;t complain because he liked the house. The following year, he couldn&#8217;t come up with the money and the agent was on his neck. The wife saw what the husband was going through and decided to help. She borrowed the money and gave the husband to pay the rent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The husband was indeed very happy that his wife was so helpful and he paid back later 2 years later, the house rent increased to #700,000 and the man became upset. So he begged the agent to introduce him to the landlord so that he could plead with him but the agent bluntly refused.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The man decided to do an underground investigation to uncover who the landlord is. This happens in cases where the landlord\u00a0chooses to keep a very formal contract with his tenant and in such cases,\u00a0the agent serves as the landlord&#8217;s representative before the tenant, hence,\u00a0making the landlord&#8217;s identity anonymous.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To answer the question from the narration, If I was the man, I would have mixed feelings. I would, naturally, become upset with my wife because of the stress she\u2019s put me through.
