\nFew minutes from Pace Setters University by greater Port-Harcourt City, lies the Lekki Gardens Estate Airport Road. This Estate has enjoyed strong market followership due to its proximity to the Port-Harcourt International Airport. Already about 30% completed, this estate boasts of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Semi-Detached<\/a> Bungalows and 4 bedroom duplexes. Construction work is ongoing in earnest and some houses are already approaching roofing level.<\/p>\n

RIVTAF Golf Estate<\/strong>
\nThis Estate is still under construction. The development of this huge estate has a land area of 25 hectares and is being built in two phases; the first phase is done and the second would be ready by July.The second phase has a total of 250 units, comprising Terraces and Duplexes.
