{"id":8262,"date":"2017-09-07T15:58:33","date_gmt":"2017-09-07T14:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tolet.com.ng\/blog\/?p=8262"},"modified":"2017-09-08T16:42:49","modified_gmt":"2017-09-08T15:42:49","slug":"federal-government-to-build-energy-efficient-houses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propertypro.ng\/blog\/federal-government-to-build-energy-efficient-houses\/","title":{"rendered":"Federal Government To Build Energy Efficient Houses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Plans have been concluded by the Federal Government to embark on massive construction of energy efficient houses across the country as part of efforts to motivate the workers.<\/p>\n<p>The houses will be such that use less power, or minimum energy and provide maximum comfort as well as take into account the need and financial convenience of would-be owners.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of State for Works, Power, and Housing II, Alhaji Suleiman Hassan Jara dropped the hint in Gombe during the\u00a0<em>Sallah<\/em>\u00a0break.<\/p>\n<p>He said the concept which was discussed at a recent workshop on housing, would be delivered in every state and possibly, every local government area of the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are talking of delivering houses that are adaptable, that are affordable.
