All art students looking for admission into Uniport are required to score at least,<\/p>\n
5 Credits in Mathematics, English, Literature in English, Government, Economics and Biology either in WAEC (West African Examination Council) or NECO (National Examination Council) in not more than 2 sittings and can be combined, that is, WAEC and NECO but must not be more than 2 years apart.<\/p>\n
Art students are required to score at least, 5 Credits in Mathematics, English, Economics, Accounting and Biology, in WAEC\/NECO. It should also not be more than 2 sittings. WAEC and NECO results can both be combined for admission process, However, the results should not be more than 2 years apart.<\/p>\n
Candidates must make the following results to be eligible for admission into Uniport;<\/p>\n
All aspirants are required to have at least, 5 Credits in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Technical drawing (Engineering Students) in WAEC\/NECO. You must make these result in not more than 2 sittings. You can also combine your results, that is, WAEC and NECO, but they must not be more than 2 years apart.<\/p>\n
Applicants are required to have a first degree from a University recognized by the University of Portharcourt’s senate in a related field of study. A Postgraduate Diploma in a related field from a University recognized by the school would also be an added advantage.State University<\/p>\n
Candidates applying for the Doctor of Philosophy degree programmes must possess a master’s degree with a minimum score of not less than 60% or a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5-point scale, in a relevant field of study from a University recognized by the Senate of UNIPORT<\/p>\n
