Mafoluku is strategically located in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos state. It shares a boundary with 7&8 and Airport Road. Mafoluku is the closest residential area to Murtala Mohammed Airport.

Mafoluku is a highly residential area and is quite populated. It houses mostly middle-class and lower-class Nigerians. Usually, there is little or no traffic congestion on the streets of Mafoluku asides from places like Ogunlokan street as well as the busy Oshodi road.
