Ikotun is a residential area under the Alimosho Local Government area on the Lagos mainland and shares boundaries with places like Igando, Akesan, Ijegun, Iyana Iba, Bayota and some places off LASU road. Ikotun is a densely populated area that has experienced an influx of residents and a consequent increase in the supply of property, such

Ikotun is an area with motorable roads that connects easily to other parts of Lagos state.
