We hereby wish to make an offer for warehouse (68,000 Sqft.) lease subject to the below conditions at Plot 6, Block A, Industrial Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos,
1. Lease Rate: N4,500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) per Square Foot (Net of Taxes).
2. Rent Validity: The above rent (N 4,500 per Sqft. Net of Taxes).
3. WITHHOLDING TAX (WHT): WHT 10% - Paid to βFGN β FIRS WITHHOLDING TAXβ and the receipt to be delivered to us.
4. VAT: VAT will be applicable as per the Government prevailing now and during the lease period as applicable.
5. Payment Terms: The lease rent should be paid in advance.

7. Legal Fees: Legal Charges will be 5% of the total Rent and VAT 7.5%
