The Tank Farm is available for outright sale. The Tank Farm is sited on 7.4 Hectares of land in a strategic location in Port- Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, with its title registered as Certificate of Occupancy (C ofO).


It has the following facilities:
Nine Tanks of six million and five hundred thousand capacity (6,500,000)each which includes;

BitumenTanks
LPFO Tanks
DPK Tanks
PMS Tanks
AGO Tanks

Product Receiving Area (Pump House) with seven (7) dedicated pumps,

Loading Bay with eight (8) loading Arms installed with adequate grounding and digital loading devices,

Quality Control Unit which features;
equipped laboratory,
DPK and AGO flash tester,
distillers,
measuring cylinders,
thermometers,
hydrometers,
Dry oven and Test tubes, etc

Safety Equipment and facilities;
capacity fire pumps,
thirty (30) fire hydrant lines with pillar stands,

Standing Power Unit: The depot is powered by three (3) alternative generators with output rating at 800KVA, 500KVA, and 250KVA as backups.

Product Recovery Unit has oil/water separator,

Jetty: The Depot has a newly built jetty that is capable of berthing three (3) six thousand MT (6,000MT) vessels at any given time, with all facilities needed for operations sanctity.

The depot has a parking Bay, capable of accommodating two hundred and fity
(250) trucks.
