Approach:

All intending tenants must fill out our application form, attach means of identification, job place ID and NIN.

The documents will be sent for screening and if successful, the applicant will be advised to proceed to payment with a grace period for payment. Where the applicant is unable to make payment within the grave period, the applicant should confirm availability before proceeding to pay. This is because there are applicants on the waiting list and we want to avoid 2 people paying for the same property.

SCREENING FEE

We utilize a screening company, who charge N180 per application.

If an application is successful, the applicant pays N100k as part of the screening fee, while we bear the burden of the balance. If unsuccessful, we do not require payment from the applicant.
