A means of ID ( nin, int. Passport or driver’s license

A means of ID of both guarantors

Passport photographs of tenant

Passport photograph of each guarantor

After then a physical interview will be done with the lawyer for final clearing .


Generator is not allowed

Pet is not allowed

Noise is not allowed

Crowd is not allowed( we need to know if you staying alone or married . Also need to be informed if anyone will be living with you .( if there is any, their information will be needed too .

All Estate rules and regulations must be adhered to.

There is no prepaid meter however there is a private transformer where metre reads and light bill are being shared by the management once it arrives .
