Proposal Submission Checklist Interested developers are requested to submit the following: - Company profile and corporate registration documents. - Evidence of financial capacity and access to development funding. - Track record of completed residential development projects. - Preliminary architectural concept and proposed apartment configuration. - Estimated development costs and project completion timeline. - Proposed Joint Venture structure and sharing formula between the landowner and developer. - Proposed financing, construction, and project delivery arrangements.
