Crowd is not allowed( we need to know if you staying alone or married . Also need to be informed if anyone will be living with you .( if there is any, their information will be needed too .

All Estate rules and regulations must be adhered to.

There is no prepaid meter however there is a private transformer where metre reads and light bill are being shared by the management once it arrives .
