Kajuru Castle is a luxurious villa built in an early medieval style at Kajuru village in the city of Kaduna, Nigeria. Kajuru Castle was built in the 1980s by Burg Heinrichswalde. Kajuru Castle is styled in a European and clearly German way with a baronial hall, complete with suits of armour. This castle has a live crocodile with gorgeous peacocks. The castle’s three floors which feature four dungeon rooms, a central building with an authentic knights’ hall and a master’s bedroom fitted with air conditioners, televisions, sofas, beds, and private bathrooms, as well as a dragon tower.

Guests can either bring their meals or ask the management to make an arrangement with food service providers in town at an extra cost. On the Castle rooftop, there is a set of tables and chairs that can sit at most 10 guests. There is also a garden but the most attractive part of the facility is the open courtyard with the magnificent swimming pool. Besides, the pool are pool chairs, a barbeque area with an outdoor oven.

How to get to Kajuru Castle?

It will take about an hour to get to Kajuru from the Kaduna City Centre. From Nnamdi Azikwe Way, head north toward Dutsima road after 2.7 km make a U-turn and continue to follow A2 for 10.8 km.  Continue onto A 235 for 13.6 km, turn slightly right to join A235 and continue for 36.5km. Turn right and continue straight for 3km and you will arrive at the castle.
